The Addams Family Auditions

Casting call for actors 15+ on September 3 and 4 beginning at 7 p.m.
(Please arrive 10 – 15 min early. Rehearsals will be Monday – Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Performances will be November 3 – November 19.

No conflicts will be accepted the last two weeks of rehearsal or any performance. We’re casting for the characters Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Mal, Alice, Lucas, Uncle Fester, Lurch, Grandma, and ancestors (6 male, 5 female).

Please bring sheet music for a song you have already learned. Mankato Playhouse will provide a pianist at auditions to accompany you. Do not use a song from the show. Do not sing to taped music or sing a cappella. You do not have to sing an entire song. Sixteen to 32 measures should be sufficient. We only want to get an idea of how well you can carry a tune and follow accompaniment. If you are “called back” we will ask you to sing some more.
