$35 – $45Grab your friends and plan on having a swinging good time in honor of the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, the Blue Earth County Historical Society is hosting the G.I. Jive: a 1940s USO-style Celebration.
With its unique historic vibe, the G.I. Jive will be a one-of-a-kind public event celebrating the past, present and future of local history while remembering our local WWII veterans. Immerse yourself into a WWII USO-style celebration with music by Southern Minnesota’s Real Big Band, swing dancing and demos, a canteen-inspired box lunch, a 1940s costume contest and other activities and entertainment right out of the “War Years.”
