New Ulm Figure Skating to Compete at Worlds Figure Skating Competition

    The New Ulm Figure Skating Club (NUFSC) will represent New Ulm at the 2021 World Recreational Team Championships in Blaine, MN, from July 28-31, 2021. The club will compete against skaters from around the country and world.

    NUFSC is also sending three teams to the competition to represent New Ulm including Team Compulsory FS4, Team Compulsory FS6, and Theater Production which will reenact Frozen on the ice!

    NUFSC will have over 30 skaters participating in the competition from ages 5 to 19 from New Ulm as well as Winthrop, Nicollet, Comfrey, Madelia, St Peter, and Mankato.

    Interested in joining the skating fun? Classes for beginners and returning skaters will take place from 3-3:30 pm August 15, 22, 29, and September 12. All ages are welcome. Both figure skates and hockey skates are welcome. No volunteer commitment required.
