Mankato, Minnesota – The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel & Event Center in Mankato, MN is excited to announce Brooke Moore as the new Director of Sales. In her new role, Brooke will oversee the sales and marketing efforts for Courtyard by Marriott Mankato.
With a career in sales, Brooke will be an asset to our team as she brings with her an ambitious drive for success. Brooke is no stranger to Terratron and the Courtyard by Marriott Mankato. In 2019 Brooke was our Complex Sales and Event Manager, earning certifications such as Marriott Certified Meeting and Wedding Planner.
With the uncertainty of COVID-19 and the role it played in the hospitality industry as well as juggling home life, Brooke made the switch to Sales position at Winco Generators as a Regional Account Manager. She enjoyed the challenge of learning a new industry and working for a great company while meeting many incredible clients but her strong desire for the hospitality industry called her back to Terratron.
Sales have taken Brooke on many avenues. After college, she was an Independent Contractor holding a Real Estate license with Lake Shores and More Realty until her duties of becoming a mom took precedence. While raising her children, Brooke ventured into MLM businesses as she loved meeting people and knew she was on the right path. Brooke joined in on managing the family businesses and learning the marketing role of business.
When Brooke was offered the position as Director of Sales at Terratron, she graciously accepted stating, “I am honored to be back at Terratron, and I am so grateful for this opportunity. I look forward to serving the community and planning the many special events it entails, especially the weddings as I just love love…and watching couples’ wedding dreams come to fruition. With the ‘Spirit to Serve’, I feel it as my calling, and I am so blessed to be right at home with Courtyard by Marriott.”
Brooke and her husband Chris, together have 5 children. Not only do they enjoy watching their kids in sports but have participated in coaching and volunteering in their school events. They are active in their church, participate in community events and strive to make family time the most important!
