APX Construction Group will begin demolition of the former Long John Silver’s on Madison
Avenue in Mankato on Tuesday, August 30th. The site will be home to Mankato’s second
Scooter’s Coffee Drive Thru location.
Scooter’s Coffee was established in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska. They were founded on four
