The New Ulm Figure Skating Club is excited to offer free adaptive skating classes this fall! Any student ages 18 and under with additional needs is welcome to join the skating fun.
The free class is offered for 4-weeks and offers a free skate rental per class; one-on-one help; unique skate trainers to help students remain upright on the ice; 2-seated options for those who cannot walk or have trouble walking; and a physical therapist on the ice to help students.
Classes will take place Saturday mornings this Fall at the New Ulm Ice Arena with limited spots available. All students are asked to wear a helmet for safety. This free opportunity is based on first come first served.

Classes are made possible thanks to a grant from the Carl & Verna Schmidt Foundation and Rader’s Housing & Development.
