2019 Alive After 5 Concert Series Starts Next Thursday

    MANKATO, MN (August 2, 2019) –The City Center Partnership (CCP) is excited to present Alive After 5, a free summer concert series held on Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., August 8 through 29. This fun after-hours event, sponsored by August Schell Brewing, offers a social gathering for co-workers, friends and family to enjoy live music, food, beverages and artisan market in a relaxed outdoor setting. The concerts will take place at Civic Center Plaza, between the Mankato Civic Center and the Intergovernmental Center. Rain location is Red Rocks at 12 Civic Center Plaza Suite 1655.

    This year’s musical line-up includes:

    •August 8 – Michael Shynes
    •August 15 – High & Mighty
    •August 22 – Old Salt Union
    •August 29 – Annie Mack

    In addition to the musical entertainment, Alive After 5 offers food and drink from Pub 500, Dino’s Pizza, The Loose Moose Saloon & Conference Center, Hy-Vee and Ecumen Pathstone Living. August Schell Brewing also offers beer samplings each night. The Artisan & Craft Pop-Up Market features unique products from local vendors including jewelry, leather goods, pet accessories, art and home décor.
