Each participant will create a colorful and unique bird feeder to hang outside. This class is designed for students aged Kindergarten and older.
Urban sketching capitalizes on the portability of watercolor and ink, while emphasizing speed and freshness over realism. This class will include a discussion of image theory, followed by plenty of hands-on experimentation for those 18-plus.
Make a beautiful flower arrangement for yourself or a loved one! Pick flowers right from the garden at the Living Earth Center, learn the basics of flower arranging and go home with a lovely bouquet in a vase.

St. Peter-based seamstress Bianca Wilson will facilitate “speed show-and-tell” for participants to share about their work-in-progress. Leave with fresh inspiration and some new sewing friends. 18-plus.
Participants will get a chance to learn how to use a digital camera and shoot photos of what interests them. Digital cameras are provided, and everyone will be able to print one photo to take with them.
