Uncoil: The Return of the Light

The theme this year is The Return of the Light because, by this time of year, we’re all ready to root spring on as it slowly returns! The show will be performed in the semi-dark, and all performers are encouraged to use props that light up (no fire) – led fans, wings, whips, etc – and you are especially encouraged to make your OWN prop that lights up, or to enhance a prop you already own that lights up. Faux candles, lanterns (maybe your entry in the contest), light up costumes, get creative!!!

The workshops will be at The Central building in Waseca, and the show at the Waseca County Historical Society, which is within walking distance. We’ll be measuring and marking off the area in front of the stage for larger groups to perform in, as well!
