Coffee and Conversation: Healthy Sleep Habits

Is your family getting enough sleep? As your family treads through a new school year, it’s important to consider your family’s sleep routines and if everyone is getting enough sleep. Children’s ability to learn, play, and socialize is linked to them getting a necessary amount of sleep. If poor sleep occurs over a long period, kids can develop medical problems, as well as mental health issues, including depression and anxiety. Adults also can experience physical and mental challenges due to poor sleep. Register here.

Join Sarah Trane, Ph.D., and Ashley Samman, licensed clinical social worker, to learn why sleep is critical for everyone’s well-being and growth, and what sleep habits to adopt to help your whole family feel better. The event will also be live-streamed on the Misty’s Dance Unlimited Facebook page.
