Throw punches to build strength, work your heart and have fun! Punch, jab, duck, and shuffle from a seated or standing position. The class will not use boxing bags, just your body weight to strengthen muscles around your joints and improve balance. Drop-ins welcome. Join in-person or online. Register here.
