New Ulm — State Street Theater Co., is proud to announce it has received generous support from the New Ulm Area Foundation to help fund its June and July summer theater camps.
The June session was particularly meaningful, as it welcomed children on the autism spectrum and those for whom English is a second language. The inclusive environment provided all campers with an opportunity to explore their creativity and build confidence through the power of theater. In June, half of the campers identified as being on the spectrum, and it was a joy to see them shine in the spotlight, both literally and figuratively.
Our July Young Performers Camp will culminate in a Final Performance on Wednesday, July 30, at 5:00 PM at the State Street Theater, 1 N. State Street, New Ulm. This performance is FREE and open to the public, and we encourage the community to attend and celebrate the talents of these young artists.
If you or your business is interested in supporting programs like these, we invite you to become one of our valued Sustaining Sponsor Members.
