About Blue Earth County Library

Mankato’s public library offers books, magazines, reference material and has a dedicated children’s wing. The  Lovelace Wing (named for local author Maud Hart Lovelace) is full of reading material for children and young adults. It also has story times and a summer reading program. The adult area has computers to use as well as a vast selection of books and e-books to check out. The Friends of the Deep Valley Bookstore is located inside the library and has books for sale to the public.         Watch MankatoLife.com for upcoming events at the library.
