Camp Sweet Life has received a grant in the amount of $10,000 from the Mankato Clinic Foundation to be used for Diabetes Camp 2025 and our CSL Connects (other than camp time) parent connects educational and fun activities for those affected by Type One Diabetes and the whole family!
Camp Sweet Life’s mission is to Connect, Empower and Transform kids with Type One Diabetes and support family members and loved ones affected.
Camp Sweet Life started in 2010 with camp of 26 kids and a staff of 16 and has grown to camp with over 135 campers and a staff of 80. We are grateful to the Mankato Clinic Foundation for its continued support of Camp Sweet Life! The Mankato Clinic Foundation provides grants once a quarter to organizations and initiatives that promote and improve community health and wellness in the communities the clinic serves. The Mankato Clinic Foundation is proud to support these organizations.
The physicians at the Mankato Clinic provide the majority of the Foundation funding as a means to give back to the community by providing support to organizations which strive to improve health and wellness.
